E3 Initiative collects information about the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of all our website visitors so we can see how our website is used and monitor site traffic. This helps us to continuously improve and develop the site design and content. This information is not personally identifiable information – it is general and anonymous.
E-newsletter and prayer email
In order for E3 Initiative to send you the email communications you request, we will need to keep your name, email and postal address on our database. This ensures we can still make contact with you should your email address fail. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the emailing lists at the bottom of each email.
Personal information
Personal information provided by you through any of the forms on this website will be held by E3 and will be used for further communications about our mission and activities. If you prefer NOT to hear from us, please email info@e3initiative.org. If you provide your telephone number, we will not use it for general fundraising appeals.
Online donations
E3 will record your contact details and donation details on our database and will send you a summer newsletter and Christmas letter so you can see the difference your support is making. If you no longer wish to receive these communications please email info@e3initiative.org. WorldPay processes the online donations on our behalf using a secure server. For US$ donations, PayPal processes the donations.
